Requirements
- Certified Expertise: Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating both Reach and Cherry Picker forklifts.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfort with Heights: Ability to operate equipment at elevated heights
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in picking and labeling to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Precision Operation: Safely operate Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers (Order Pickers) to move, relocate, and stack inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick orders from multi-level racking systems using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inventory Care: Conduct cycle counts and ensure all products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Loading/Unloading: Efficiently move freight from trailers to designated storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
The essential functions of this role include:
