Our bartenders apply their beverage knowledge and a friendly and enthusiastic approach to provide our guests with a first-class experience.

• Bartenders craft and serve drinks consistent with the restaurant’s standards.
• Bartenders guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations. 
• Bartenders have excellent customer service skills, money management skills, and the ability to multitask. 
• Bartenders have creativity and have a knowledge of all wines, spirits, and beers is key to success in this position.

Required skills and qualifications to be a Bartender with Alta Via Market Square:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system

Physical requirements for Bartender with Alta Via Market Square:

• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds
