Were seeking a highly organized and dependable  Booking & Scheduling Specialist to coordinate reservations, manage schedules, and ensure a seamless client experience from inquiry through confirmation.

In this fully remote role, youll support clients by organizing details, tracking timelines, and maintaining clear communication to keep everything running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys client interaction, and can confidently manage multiple moving parts with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate bookings, reservations, and schedule confirmations
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary details and provide timely updates
• Maintain accurate records and ensure follow-through on all client requests
• Monitor timelines and confirmations to prevent errors or delays
• Provide professional, solution-oriented support throughout the process

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and written communication skills
• Administrative, scheduling, hospitality, or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Citizenship in the US, Uk, Australia, LATAM, Spain
• Comfortable using online systems and communication tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable
