Nu-Line Pavement Marking is a family-owned and operated pavement marking company based in Wichita, KS. Learn the ropes from our experienced staff and begin to make an impact on day one! We are seeking a Business Operation Administrator to fill a full-time position. This is a fairly broad position that will work closely with various divisions of our company.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing inbound calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)
· Managing inbound shipments, walk-in customers, salesmen
· Assisting in office organization, printing plans, completing material certifications
· Imputing documents & correspondence in our project management systems
· Assisting in inventory management, placing orders, tracking shipments, completing regular inventory counts.
Qualifications
. Bachelor’s degree required . Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry . Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism . Excellent organizational and multitasking skills . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Required Attributes
· You must be self-motivated and task oriented.
