Job Description

Position - Clinic RN, LPN or MA

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients' charts.
• Prepares equipment and aids Provider during treatment and examination of patient.
• Gives injections or treatments, and performs routine laboratory tests under the direction of the Provider
• Rooms patients in a timely manner with effective patient/Provider
• Reviews patient medications and documents in chart at every visit.
• Tracks procedures for results.
• Initiates patient education as prescribed by Physician including patient and family instruction.
• Participates in department quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI).

Minimum Qualifications : Completion of approved MA program with obtainment of State Certification; 3-6 months of related experience preferred. Completion of approved CNA program with obtainment of State Certification; 3-6 months of related experience preferred.  Completion of approved, accredited LPN nursing program.  Clinical experience preferred.

Schedule- Day Shift 36-40 hrs. /week
