Job Description

Randstad is partnering with a highly respected General Contractor in Jupiter, FL, to find a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant. We are looking for the "operational heartbeat" of the facility—someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in keeping a busy office running like a well-oiled machine.

The Details

  • Pay: $24.00 per hour (flexible based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM OR 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Location: Jupiter, FL (In-office)
  • Job Type: Full-time
What You Bring to the Table

  • Software Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills in QuickBooks (Desktop) are required. Must also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working within the construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Professionalism: Ability to handle high-volume workflows with a calm, "can-do" attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll & Invoicing: Process weekly payroll and manage invoicing by matching data with purchase orders to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Hiring Coordination: Manage walk-in applicants and facilitate the completion of employee hiring packets.
  • Communication Hub: Handle high-volume email correspondence, manage phone lines, and act as the bridge between the office and field staff.
  • Office Operations: Oversee mail distribution and general administrative tasks to support the executive team.
