Job Description
Location: New Braunfels, TX Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour Duration: Temporary (Approximately 3–4 months) Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Warranty Analyst to join our team for a 3-to-4-month temporary assignment. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless processing of warranty claims while a key member of our team is on leave. You will be responsible for preparing, recording, and submitting claims to factories and distributors, ensuring our records remain accurate and reconciled. Basic Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Experience: Minimum of one year of related warranty experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with internet-based computer programs and basic general accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Claim Management: Process claims for assigned vendors and ensure all information in the Warranty Control Center (WCC) is current.
- Compliance: Verify that all documentation meets vendor requirements and factory/distributor criteria using standardized checklists.
- Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile warranty receivables with credits received via the appropriate accounting schedules.
- Follow-up: Monitor open task responses from dealers and ensure rejected claims are resubmitted promptly or authorized for write-off.
- Accounting Support: Code credits for input by the posting clerk and track the payment of outstanding claims.
