The Cruise Conductor assists individuals and groups in planning and booking cruise and travel experiences. This role focuses on understanding client needs, coordinating reservations, and ensuring accurate, well-organized travel arrangements while providing responsive customer support.
Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and requirements
Create customized itineraries and coordinate cruise and travel bookings
Manage reservations, confirmations, and travel documentation
Provide timely support for questions, changes, or travel updates
Share relevant promotions and travel options with clients
