KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing company in the Nashua, NH area to identify a Data Entry Clerk. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to gain exposure within an accounting department while serving as the face of the office.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, clients, and vendors professionally
• Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
• Perform data entry to support accounting functions including invoices and payments
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation
• Support the accounting team with administrative tasks and reporting
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and office communications
• Help maintain a clean and organized front office environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of administrative, front desk, or accounting support experience preferred
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, polished demeanor

This is an onsite role in Nashua, NH. Compensation is up to $22/hr DoE.
