Position Summary:
Reef is seeking a Debt Asset Manager who will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate loan debt within Reefs private credit strategy. This includes active oversight of asset performance financial analysis borrower relationship management loss mitigation strategies and working closely with internal teams and third-party stakeholders to opti mize investment outcomes. A strong understanding of lending real estate markets and distressed asset scenarios is essential.
