Benefit from company-provided major equipment and tools, and receive weekly pay plus a company vehicle. Average earnings for equipment operators reach $130,000 per year, with opportunities for quarterly reviews and 11% commissions on all billings.
Work EnvironmentConduct excavation work in both commercial and residential settings. Workdays are 8 hours long with overtime paid at 1.5 times the average production rate for the week. Employees can clock in as soon as they leave their home each morning, ensuring a smooth and efficient workday.
