Senior Director of Finance

What You’ll Own

Enterprise Financial Strategy & Executive Leadership

  • Partner with executive leadership to shape financial strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Translate business goals into actionable financial roadmaps, forecasts, and long-range planning initiatives.
  • Serve as a key strategic voice in investment decisions, business expansion, capital allocation, and performance optimization.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights that influence executive decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Build, mentor, and elevate a high-performing finance organization centered around accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Financial Planning, Analysis & Performance Management

  • Lead all budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the organization.
  • Develop sophisticated financial models that support scenario planning, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making.
  • Establish meaningful performance metrics and KPIs that drive operational accountability and improved business performance.
  • Analyze budget-to-actual performance, identify trends, and proactively recommend course corrections.
  • Create executive-level reporting packages that communicate financial performance with clarity and impact.

Accounting, Controls & Financial Governance

  • Oversee accounting operations with an unwavering commitment to accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, reporting packages, and regulatory documentation.
  • Lead audit readiness, internal and external audit coordination, and financial documentation management.
  • Strengthen internal controls, risk mitigation frameworks, and governance practices that protect organizational assets.
  • Partner with external advisors on tax planning, reporting, and compliance initiatives.

Cash Flow, Revenue Optimization & Capital Management

  • Direct cash management strategy, liquidity forecasting, and working capital optimization.
  • Oversee revenue recognition practices, billing workflows, and financial policies that support sustainable growth.
  • Manage capital planning and financial oversight for strategic investment initiatives.
  • Identify cost containment opportunities while preserving business momentum and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive profitability improvements through disciplined financial analysis and operational partnership.

Systems, Analytics & Process Transformation

  • Champion modern financial systems, reporting automation, and process efficiencies.
  • Leverage ERP platforms and business intelligence tools to improve visibility, accuracy, and decision support.
  • Build scalable reporting infrastructure that enables real-time financial insight.
  • Lead financial systems upgrades, workflow enhancements, and transformation initiatives that position the organization for growth.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline required.
  • MBA, CPA, or other advanced financial credentials strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or corporate financial management.
  • Demonstrated success leading finance in complex, fast-moving, multi-site organizations.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with executive leadership, operations, legal, HR, and commercial teams.
