Job Overview:

The job is Monday-Friday, and occasional out-of-state delivery opportunities to make more money. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Furniture Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering high-quality furniture items directly to customers’ homes. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure each delivery is handled with care and efficiency, creating a positive experience for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving expertise with exceptional customer service, all while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $18-$24

Monday - Friday

8 am - 5 pm with an hour break for lunch

Occasional out-of-town jobs

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Deliver furniture to customers’ locations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of each order while providing excellent customer service.
• Navigate route driving efficiently, adhering to schedules and traffic laws to meet delivery deadlines.
• Assist with moving furniture within customers’ premises if needed, demonstrating careful handling and respect for property.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts, maintaining safety standards and reporting any issues promptly.
• Experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with furniture or heavy item deliveries.
• Valid driver’s license , experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Knowledge of route planning and navigation tools to optimize delivery schedules.
• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments, including manual lifting and moving furniture items.
