JOB REQUIREMENTS: We safeguard client yards and gate operations for a
national home-improvement retailer and industrial partners across the Fox Valley. Our team verifies tickets/materials, controls access, and keeps operations movingoutdoors, in all weather. What You\'ll Do Control vehicle and pedestrian access at client gates; check BOLs, and tickets/receipts. Verify material outflow/returns; perform basic inventory and log entries with accuracy. Monitor for irregular conditions; escalate per site SOPs. Complete activity logs and incident notes using a basic PC/tablet. Flex between multiple nearby sites to cover PTO, call-outs, and special assignments. Lock doors and gates of entrances and exits to secure buildings. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Patrol industrial or commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 18+; HS diploma/GED; valid driver\'s license; reliable transportation. Pass background screen and drug test. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather; stand/walk for periods; lift up to 30 lbs regularly (occasional 50100 lbs team-assist).
