Ready for complex diagnostics and big iron challenges?

Picture this: by 9:00 am, you’ve traced a CANBus fault on a bucket truck, validated a PTO-driven hydraulic circuit on a digger derrick using a schematic, and queued up Quick Serve to verify an aftertreatment regen. By 2:00 pm, you’re pressure-testing a rebuilt hydraulic cylinder for a crane truck, completing ANSI and dielectric checks, and logging every part and labor hour for accurate cost tracking. Your mission

• Own diagnostics across hydraulic fluid power and pneumatic tools
• Resolve diesel engine and aftertreatment issues using DTNA, Quick Serve, and related tools
• Assess, repair, and validate equipment from a variety of manufacturers
• Dismantle and reassemble heavy components using the right tools and methods
• Test against spec, including DOT, ANSI, and dielectric procedures
• Keep vehicles and work areas clean; complete routine maintenance
• Document all services, parts, and labor precisely
• Champion safety and take part in monthly safety meetings
• Maintain eligibility to obtain and hold a CDL; CDL preferred

The fleet and systems

• Boom trucks/cranes, bucket and dump trucks, digger derricks, utility trucks
• Chassis: Freightliner, Peterbilt, International, Mack, Ford, Chevrolet, RAM
• Hydraulics: cylinders, hoses, PTOs; blueprint/schematic reading
• Electrical: wiring, multimeter use, schematics, CANBus

Schedule and compensation

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm
• Overtime available as needed
• Competitive pay based on experience

Who you are

• 3+ years of directly related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• You bring your own tools
• Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus
• Backgrounds that fit: journeyman techs, Vo-Tech grads, veterans (wheeled/track, aircraft, generator, maintenance), and construction/ag equipment mechanics
• Experience with diesel truck-mounted hydraulic utility equipment—like aerial devices, digger derricks, and cranes—is a notable plus
