Independent Cleaner Partner (1099) — Men Can Clean Too (Springfield, MO)

Men Can Clean Too partners with experienced residential cleaners as 1099 subcontractors .
This is not a W-2 employee position.

The partnership

• We send you pre-sold residential jobs (standard, deep, move-out)
• You accept or decline jobs based on your schedule
• We provide the scope/expectations for each job (what “done” looks like/our checklist)
• You bring the how (your process) and deliver professional results

Pay + payouts

• 50–55% revenue share
• Paid weekly

Requirements

• Proven House cleaning experience
• Pass Background Check + Drug test
• Reliable transportation + your own supplies/equipment
• Professional communication, punctuality, and consistent quality

How it works
