Laminator Operator
Location: Plymouth, MN
Shift: 1st Shift 6:00AM- 6:00PM
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Laminator Operator to set up, operate, and maintain laminating equipment. This role includes monitoring machine performance, performing quality checks, ensuring correct materials and settings, and troubleshooting issues to keep production running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate laminating machine to produce high-quality product
Load/unload rolls with proper labeling and tracking
Perform roll-by-roll quality checks and verify adhesive weights
Inspect glue to meet specifications
Clean and maintain laminator, rollers, and work area
Secure laminated rolls for shipping
Follow all safety and housekeeping standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of related laminating or machine-operation experience
Ability to read and interpret job tickets/specifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks
Basic math, counting, and record-keeping skills
Ability to read/write English and follow safety procedures
