Leasing Agent
Our Concord, NH client is seeking a Leasing Agent for their team! You’ll assist with daily operations of the company’s apartment communities. Previous customer service experience is required for this direct-hire role.

Responsibilities of the Leasing Agent

• Complete the full leasing process, including marketing strategies, applicant screening, and move-in/move-out procedures
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, curb appeal, and compliance with company standards
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and local community organizations
• Address resident concerns, enforce lease agreements, and take appropriate actions for lease violations
• Maintain documentation
• Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications of the Leasing Agent

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in property management, business, or a related field preferred
• 2-3+ years of experience in customer service
• Knowledge of leasing, rent collection, property maintenance, and landlord-tenant laws helpful but not required
• Professional property management certifications a plus
