TNC653: Part-Time Nanny Needed in Phoenix, AZ

These sisters are looking for an active and nurturing nanny to keep them on their routine and engaged in daily activities! 

• Charge(s): F, 4 years old; F, 2 years old
• Hours: Monday 6:00am-2:30pm; Tuesday 6:00am-2:30pm, Thursday 6:00am-5:30pm; Friday 6:00am-5:30pm (for 3 weeks, the schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and for 1 week, the schedule will be Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). If  nanny wanted more guaranteed hours each week, family would be willing to discuss more Monday, Wednesday, and Friday hours. 
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 30
• Paid Time Off Benefits: Will earn 30 hours of paid time off every 6 months or, 60 hours every year. PTO may not be carried over year to year. PTO may be used for any reason, including; vacation, illness, medical appointments, family care, and personal business. In addition to, 6 paid federal holidays which fall on the nanny’s normal Monday- Friday working day (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
• Health Benefits: A $200/month health insurance stipend is negotiable
• Driving Required: Yes
• Cross Streets:   E Camelback Rd & N 44th Street
• Starting Hourly Rate:  $28-30/hour paid on a W-2
• Projected start date: As soon as possible
• Position Duration: Long term
