Teksystems is currently hiring for a Patient Service Advocate!
Patient Service Advocates will be responsible for completing the patient registration process and scheduling dental services
by collecting demographic information, determining appropriate fees, and collecting payments.Function as a liaison between dental students and patients.
The main tasks will be accepting referrals, scheduling appointments, verifying dental codes, and confirming appointments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
1. Two (2) years of experience in a health care setting or related field; dental experience strongly preferred
2. Two (2) years of experience in customer service.

1. Good computer skills, including the use of word processing and e-mail software.
2. Knowledge of Third Party Reimbursement required.
3. Ability to accurately register and interview clients.
4. Ability to read and interpret materials.
5. Ability to use initiative; be detail-oriented, and flexible.
6. Good oral and written communication, customer service, organizational, and mathematical skills.
7. Ability to use a 10-key calculator and credit card machine.
8. Capable of preparing daily bank deposits.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
