OCCU is hiring a Personal Banker (Enrichment Advisor) for our Bend team, offering a starting wage of $23.50–$26.00 per hour plus incentives. Spanish-speaking candidates who pass a proficiency test earn an extra $2 per hour.

This role builds membership, assesses needs, and matches OCCU offerings to support financial wellbeing.
