What you will be doing:

* Conduct boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, right-of-way, and construction layout surveys.
* Research property records, deeds, plats, and other legal documents to determine land boundaries.
* Prepare and certify plats, maps, legal descriptions, and other survey documents.
* Operate and oversee the use of GPS, robotic total stations, and data collectors.
* Manage and mentor survey field crews and CAD technicians.

What you will need:

* Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the state of Indiana and Michigan (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
* Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
* 5+ years of progressive land surveying experience.
* Proficiency in Carlson, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and survey processing software.
