Position Responsibilities
Manage a team of Java developers and foster career growth and results in a high-performance team culture.
Provide technical direction and guidance to ensure production of scalable, resilient software solutions.
Collaborate with architects, product owners and software engineers to implement new applications.
Oversee planning and execution for complex projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Foster strong partnerships with business teams to align IT solutions with company goals.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
10+ years in application development with proven experience managing high-performing development teams.
Experience with custom application software development and packaged software implementations.
Knowledgeable in Waterfall and Agile Scrum development processes.
