Job Description

Creoal, a Systems Integrator specializing in the Oracle Fusion Applications Suite, recently became a proud subsidiary of SMX. We are seeking a motivated enthusiastic and experienced Oracle Fusion implementor to join our team as a Senior Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant (Fusion Accounts Payable, Expenses, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, General Ledger). In this role, you will lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, according to our standard methodology, working in collaboration with our project managers and other implementation leads/team members.  As an Oracle ERP Consultant, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how organizations configure, transact, and report their financial and operational data. This position requires 50% travel supporting customers nationwide.  Work not conducted on customer site will be performed remote/in-office depending on your location

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements, understanding their business objectives and challenges related to the Fusion ERP modules
  • Support the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to configure and integrate Oracle ERP applications to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with industry leading best practices
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and user training activities to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed Fusion ERP solutions, addressing client inquiries and resolving technical issues as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations and deliver measurable results
  • Stay up to date on the latest Oracle Fusion ERP trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to drive innovation and excellence

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years' work experience in Finance, Accounting, or another relevant field 
  • Minimum 5 years' experience using or configuring the Oracle Fusion ERP Platform 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Demonstrated experience working productively in remote model 
  • 50% travel required

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Public Sector accounting experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Experience developing OTBI and Fusion Financial Reports (FRS) 
  • Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and training for Oracle Fusion Products

The proposed salary for this position is:

$134,700—$210,400 USD
