Salary: $72,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent background.
• We need at least 5 years of professional experience with proven success in schematic development and PCB layout design using Altium.
• We value strong creativity, hands-on design ability, and experience in prototyping and testing.
• We expect the ability to work from rough concepts and verbal direction with limited guidance.
• We require working knowledge of building BOMs in an MRP/ERP system.
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes, data acquisition tools, thermocouples, and power supplies is a plus.
• Knowledge of RF and microwave test equipment, including network analyzers, spectrum analysis, noise figure testing, RF tuning, and filter evaluation, is a plus.
• Experience with electronic components and PCB design, preferably in RF applications, is important.
• Experience with RF design simulation methods and tools is a plus.

• Candidates must be able to pass a background screening.

• We will have you develop RF schematics and BOMs.
• You will create PCB layouts for boards that are sent out for fabrication.
• You will collaborate with our software and mechanical engineering teams.
• You will apply your RF engineering knowledge to design, layout, prototyping, and testing work.
• You will work from preliminary sketches and verbal direction to move projects forward.

We are Mu-Del Electronics and we are hiring a Mid-level or Senior RF Engineer with PCB layout experience for our on-site facility in Manassas, Virginia. This is a hands-on role working closely with our software and mechanical engineering teams to support RF schematic development, BOM creation, and PCB layout for build.
