Looking for Machine Operator

Location: York, Pennsylvania, 

Shifts available:

·        2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00PM

·        3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay: $19-$21

Job Description

We’re hiring Slitter Operators to run high‑speed slitting/rewind equipment in a clean, safety‑first manufacturing environment. You’ll set up jobs, monitor quality, and keep production on pace while maintaining tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

·        Operate slitter/rewinder equipment to meet customer specs.

·        Review work orders and verify materials, tooling, and lot numbers.

·        Perform quality checks and document results.

·        Use measuring tools to confirm dimensions and weights.

·        Complete changeovers efficiently with minimal scrap.

·        Palletize, label, and update ERP/production records.

·        Handle basic troubleshooting, housekeeping, and routine maintenance.

·        Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO and required PPE.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in York,PA.
