Job Description

Our client is looking for a Staff Accountant. The position is hybrid in Pompano Beach, FL.

• Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and schedules
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures
• Assist with audit requests and documentation preparation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
• Industry experience in Infrastructure & Equipment preferred
• CPA track or prior public accounting experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
