Growth and Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Latin America

Salary Range: 1200 - 4000 USD

Role Description:

The Growth and Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns that accelerate customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. This role focuses on performance marketing channels such as paid social, paid search, programmatic, and email, while constantly analyzing data to refine strategies and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-oriented, and has hands-on experience managing high-performance digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other performance channels.
  • Manage budgets, forecast growth, and ensure efficient cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Develop and run A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and report on KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video assets.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and data teams to ensure full-funnel alignment and customer journey optimization.
  • Oversee marketing tech stack and integrations, including tracking tools, pixels, tags, and analytics dashboards.
  • Identify growth opportunities and continuously test new channels, tactics, and strategies.
  • Implement and manage retargeting, lookalike, and dynamic campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Stay current with performance marketing trends, tools, platforms, and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and attribution models.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, targeting, and segmentation.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and landing page builders (e.g., Webflow, Unbounce).
  • Previous experience in a startup, DTC, SaaS, or e-commerce environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies is a plus.
