We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role will involve managing full-cycle recruiting processes for specialized technical roles, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with stakeholders to drive hiring success. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical recruiting, sourcing strategies, ATS tools, and stakeholder management and a passion for hiring top-tier technical talent in fast-paced environments .

Job Description:

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting processes for specialized technical roles across North America. The Technical Recruiter will handle sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

This Technical Recruiter role requires strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates, building pipelines, and working with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs. The Technical Recruiter will collaborate with cross-functional teams including compensation, legal, and leadership stakeholders. Additionally, the Technical Recruiter will ensure data integrity and optimize recruiting processes using modern tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Data Scientists, Product Managers, Designers, and other specialized roles.
  • Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closing.
  • Manage multiple pipelines and requisitions simultaneously.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates.
  • Engage candidates through professional networks, social platforms, and databases.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including compensation, legal, and HR.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health.
Offer Management & Negotiation
  • Support offer creation and negotiation processes.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize offers.
Process Optimization & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS systems.
  • Ensure data integrity across recruiting platforms.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
Required Technical Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting
  • 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience in tech companies

Recruiting Expertise:

  • Hiring for specialized tech roles (Data Science, Product, Design) 3+ years
  • Talent sourcing and pipeline development 4+ years
  • Passive candidate engagement strategies 4+ years

Tools & Platforms:

  • ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse) 2+ years
  • Recruiting tools (Gem, HireEZ, GoodTime or similar) 2+ years

Core Competencies:

  • Stakeholder management and communication 4+ years
  • Data accuracy and reporting 3+ years
  • Problem-solving in ambiguous environments 3+ years
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Agency recruiting background with tech hiring exposure.
  • Ability to manage 6 10 open requisitions simultaneously.
