LB Smith has an immediate opening for a Title Clerk to join our team. In this role, the Title Clerk will work closely with the management and sales team on day-to-day processing of all paperwork associated with titles and registrations. Founded in 1918, L.B. And we care about giving back to the community where our employees live and work. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Process new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
• Ensure that online registration is timely and within state guidelines.
• Track and maintain title issues.
• Maintain and audit dealer tags, processing annual renewal of dealer tags.

• Minimum 2 years of Title experience preferred.
• Previous dealership experience preferred.
• Experience with CDK accounting software preferred.
• Knowledge of DealerTrack and VITU is preferred.
• Knowledge of PA DAS.
• Familiar with DLR50 for out of state processing.
• Consistent and accurate work product.
• Dependability.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Valid state driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
