1st Shift Order Picker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:30pm )

• Pick, pack, and prepare auto parts orders accurately for outbound shipping
• Operate reach truck and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Stock, restock, and organize inventory in designated locations
• Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace while meeting daily productivity goals

1st Shift Order Picker Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse experience, including picking, packing, or shipping
• Experience operating a reach truck (certification preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems and data entry

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
