How do I make an impact on my team? Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while crafting delicious beverages.
- Promote and craft drinks utilizing suggestive selling skills whenever possible to maximize revenues
- Set up bar and back bar according to established procedures
- Monitors guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease
- Verify liquor inventory and complete all requisition requirements and stock
What Success Looks Likes - Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
