What’s the core of the job? Diagnose, repair, and maintain compact construction equipment — with a focus on Bobcat — through meticulous inspections, skilled troubleshooting, and quality repairs.

How will I spend my time?

• Daily equipment and preventive maintenance inspections
• Advanced diagnostics and repairs across diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems (Bobcat emphasis)
• System rebuilds and full overhauls
• Welding and repair fabrication
• Cross-functional work with Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental teams
• Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

What background fits best?

• 5+ years in heavy or compact equipment service (skid steers, excavators, etc.)
• Proven strength in diagnostics plus diesel, hydraulics, and electrical
• Self-starter who’s organized, energetic, calm under pressure, and comfortable with computers

What can I learn and earn?

• Make/model-specific depth and certifications (ASE, Powerfluid Society, Manufacturer)
