Fund Accounting Manager:
As the Fund Accounting Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, valuation support, and investor reporting processes across a portfolio of real estate credit and equity funds.
This role leads a team of senior accountants while partnering closely with asset management, investor relations, compliance, tax, and leadership to ensure timely, accurate reporting, adherence to fund governing documents, and continuous improvement of accounting controls and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and supervise the fund accounting team, managing daily operations and performance.
Oversee financial reporting, capital activity, fee calculations, and carried interest models.
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and investor reporting deliverables.
Support fund launches, valuation processes, and collaboration across internal stakeholders.
Manage audits, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements and automation.
