Job Description

The Workday HR Consultant is a key technical and strategic partner within the Global HR Services team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday functional processes—from initial strategy and requirements gathering to hands-on configuration, testing, and implementation. You will act as a functional architect, designing innovative solutions for complex business problems while ensuring the HR service delivery model is scalable, secure, and globally aligned.

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Implementation: Create, test, and implement HR service delivery strategies. Lead full life-cycle support for Workday modules, including requirements gathering and system configuration.

  • Specialized Configuration: Act as the subject matter expert for Global Time Off plans and Security Roles , ensuring data integrity and compliance across diverse geographic regions.

  • Process Optimization: Monitor evolving HR information needs; design new functional processes or modify existing ones to meet changing business requirements.

  • Root Cause Analysis: Identify and resolve complex data and business process breakdowns. Evaluate enterprise-wide impacts to develop sustainable, innovative solutions.

  • Data Stewardship: Analyze HR data relationships across all business processes to ensure seamless integration and reporting accuracy.

  • Collaborative Consulting: Research and communicate functional solutions to stakeholders, translating technical Workday capabilities into actionable business value.
