Job Description

Christian Servants Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential one-on-one support to an individual in her homes. This role involves assisting the client with daily living activities, ensuring safety and well-being, and enhancing their quality of life through personalized care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of the client.

Flexible schedule! 5 days a week and occasional weekend help.

Requirements:

• Must be compassionate and highly reliable.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and insurance.

Skills

• Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings is a plus.
• Strong patient observation skills to monitor changes in health status effectively.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy.
• Familiarity with caregiving techniques related to dementia care and long-term care experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and manager.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
