Job Description

Salary: $60,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service abilities with effective communication skills
• Proven experience in providing support for Mac OS workstations (PC experience is advantageous)
• A strong desire for continuous personal and professional development
• Traits of ownership and leadership
• Familiarity with ticketing system maintenance and management
• Ability to be responsive and proactive following constructive criticism
• Composure and focus in high-stress environments
• Excellent professional and technical communication skills, both written and oral
• Minimum of 7 years in help desk roles with a track record of progression
• Basic networking knowledge including DHCP, DNS, VPN, and teleworker connectivity issues
• Experience with Jamf Pro or similar mobile device management platforms
• Optional background in supporting audio/video systems (Creston, Savant, etc.)
• Basic understanding of bash and/or PowerShell scripting is beneficial

• Engaging directly with our VIP clients to address a wide variety of complex issues
• Offering technical support via phone, email, chat, and occasionally in-person
• Involvement in innovative, high-end technical projects for client VIPs
• Availability for flexible, on-call support for client VIPs, including after-hours and weekend shifts
• Collaborating with teammates to resolve challenging problems
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation
