Job Summary:

• Work in a manufacturing environment producing high-quality medical devices.
• Perform basic assembly, repair, and testing of devices like pacemakers and ICDs.
• Follow standard procedures under close supervision.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Communicate issues clearly to supervisors and team members.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle small parts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
