Job Description

A plumber is described as the go-to expert for water and drainage systems, working on installations, maintenance, and repairs across residential and complex projects. The role is positioned as a specialist trade working alongside other skilled professionals.

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and sanitary fixtures.
• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting for plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings.
• Assist in new builds, renovations, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with electricians, HVAC technicians, and other tradespeople on integrated projects.
• Ensure work is compliant with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company guidelines.
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs as required.
• Accurately document completed works, material usage, and any system irregularities.
• Recommend efficient plumbing solutions based on the client's needs and property conditions.

• English is a must.
• Valid International Driving License.
• Proven experience as a plumber in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and safety standards.
• Licensed or certified according to local plumbing regulations, or eligible to be.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and system layouts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Reliable and committed to high-quality workmanship.

• Salary: 14 per hour
• Working hours: 40 hours per week (173.33 hours per month)
• Overtime paid at x1.5 the base rate (if any).
• Bonus: 4 bonuses paid in March, June, September, and December; Euros 135 each.
• Probation period: 03 months; contract duration: 1 year.
• Leave / sick leave: 24 days of leave in addition to public holidays; paid sick leave up to 13 days
