Job Opportunity: Resin DRP Operator We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Resin DRP Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment that supports foam molding production. Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all assigned production equipment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all DRP operations documentation, reports, and forms.
- Maintenance Support: Inform appropriate staff of maintenance issues and support the preventative/predictive maintenance program.
- Safety & Compliance: Utilize all required PPE and adhere to all company policies, including safety and quality guidelines.
- Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean work area according to 6S program standards and complete daily cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Skills: * Basic math and computer skills (data entry/retrieval).
- Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Certifications: Forklift operator certification is required.
- Preferred: Knowledge of foam molding processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements & Environment
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and stoop regularly.
- Lifting: Frequently lift an average of 20 lbs, with an infrequent maximum of 80 lbs.
- Environment: Work is performed in a plant environment with exposure to noise, moving mechanical parts, and fumes.
- Attention: Position requires continuous mental and visual attention.
Work Schedule
- Shifts are scheduled Sunday through Saturday.
- Daily shifts range between 8 to 12 hours, with a normal work week of 40 hours.
salary: $49,919.99 - $49,920 per year

Responsibilities
This position ensures the efficient and safe operation of production equipment that
supports the needs of foam molding production.
- Ensures safe operation of assigned equipment.
- Completes all DRP operations documentation.
- Responsible for the completion of all applicable reports and forms.
- Utilizes all required PPE while performing assigned duties.
- Informs appropriate individuals of maintenance issues for assigned equipment.
- Supports and maintains preventative/predictive maintenance program (including documentation).
- Must perform all duties in a manner that demonstrates the highest level of quality and safety.
- Maintains cleanliness of work area according to 6S program.
- Participates on teams / committees as requested.
- Completes daily assigned cleaning responsibilities.
- Must adhere to all Company policies and procedures as outlined, including all safety and quality policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Other duties as necessary and as assigned by supervisor.
